What is your return policy?

We check all our products when we receive them and & re-check them before shipping out. Returns will be honored only where product is defective. However, we need to be informed (with pictures) within 48 hours of you receiving the product. Please contact us to know further steps. Returns are not entertained for special or custom order, or for items that are altered or re-sized to fit your body size. Based on our sole discretion, partial refunds may be granted in certain situations. We also have the sole right to determine the percentage of amount of the original purchase that will be refunded for such items. Illustrative list of situations where partial refunds may be granted: – Items with obvious signs of use. – Any item that is not in its original condition. – Any item where we were not informed within 48 hours after delivery. – Any item that was purchased during a sale event or with a discount code. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your returned item getting lost in mail.

What is Pricing error?

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, even after you’ve received the order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We will refund you if you are charged for such orders.
